How to Return a Product:
Before returning an item to The iPod Accessory Store you must obtain an RMA number. You can do this by following these easy steps:
- Log in to your account
- Click on 'View Previous Orders'
- Choose the Order that contains the item that you'd like to return
- Click on 'Order Details'
- Click on 'request a Return Authorization Number (RMA)' link at the bottom of the page.
- Follow the directions from there.
Steps for Shipping a Returned Product:

- Complete the back of the packing slip that came with your item(s).
- Be sure to indicate your preference for an exchange or refund.
TheiPodAccessoryStore.com offers an exchange or refund for the full purchase amount of most items returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
Returns must be accompanied by an original sales receipt, and items must be returned in new condition with the original packaging and contents (defective items exempted). For items returned without a receipt, TheiPodAccessoryStore.com only offers an exchange or store credit at the current selling price. The following rules also apply to all returns and exchanges:
- Gift cards and certificates cannot be refunded.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, unused and in the original packaging for a refund or exchange.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
- Most exchanges and returns are processed within two weeks of receipt.
- All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
- If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
- Credits are based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
- DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
