How do I place an order?
We have two ways to order: online or over the phone with one of our sales representatives.
To place an order online, click on the button of the item that you would like to purchase and then proceed through the online Checkout process.
To place an order over the phone, please call us at Toll Free 1 (877) 476-3478, option #1 during normal business hours and one of our sales professionals will be happy to assist you.
How can I check on my order? Track the package?
Call our Customer Service team during normal business hours at Toll Free 1 (877) 476-3478, and we would be happy to update you over the phone.
Within 24 hours after your order ships, we will email you with a ship confirmation that lists which items have shipped, and the carrier and / or tracking number if available.

What are my shipping options?
We offer a number of shipping options to best suit your delivery needs:
- Ground – delivery in approximately 3 to 7 business days after shipment
- 2nd Day Air – delivery in two business days after shipment
- Priority Overnight – delivery the next business day after shipment
- Saturday Delivery – delivery on Saturday
- Overweight Priority – delivery in 2 to 5 business days after shipment on orders of 150lbs. or more

What are my payment options?
We current accept the major credit cars such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and VISA/MasterCard debit cards.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept open account orders, purchase orders, checks, COD, etc.
When do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax on orders shipping into California.
Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
You can usually cancel an order within an hour of order placement during normal business hours. Beyond that timeframe, it is very difficult for us to cancel orders due to the rapid transfer of orders in our supply chain. The exception to this rule is that we are able to cancel orders that have been backordered.

We will try our best to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that we will able to depending upon where the order is at in the credit approval, pick and ship processes.
Can I return a product?
